I would like to say that from my first call to your office, I knew it was the right decision to sign up for the HEAT sessions. I had a police physical test to prepare for and only 5 weeks to go before the big day. I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would see any tangible results in such a short period of time. I'm happy to report that not only did I pass the test, I excelled at it. You see, I'm 6'3" and weighed 260 lbs prior to my HEAT sessions. The day of my test I was down to 251 lbs. My strength, balance, flexibility, muscle control and cardio had improved immensely. All of that is attributed to Meaghan, Melanie and Andrew's professionalism and assistance. I received nutritional advice, injury prevention advice and the motivation to succeed. I know that I would not have received the same treatment and expertise from any other facility in the area. I will continue to train at Mind to Muscle and would encourage anyone looking to improve their overall fitness level, to call or visit their location ASAP.
