As the original pioneers of Sports Performance Training in the Barrie 25 years ago, M2M continues to provide an innovative approach to training building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athletes individual goals. Athletes at Mind to Muscle are coached from the moment they enter the facility to the moment they leave. Our program is based on consistent, deliberate and continual coaching. Every group is led by a world class coach through proper stretching and warm-up and then a progressive and innovative program.
Each program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
The program becomes progressively more challenging once each basic movement pattern has been mastered. Our experienced coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session.
