OVR Velocity

Velocity-Based Training (VBT)

What is OVR Velocity?
OVR Velocity is a Velocity-Based Training system that attaches directly to a barbell and measures how fast the weight is moved during each repetition.Instead of only tracking how much weight is lifted, it captures how well the athlete moves the load, giving real-time feedback on strength, power, and fatigue.Because bar speed changes based on recovery, effort, and readiness, OVR Velocity allows coaches to adjust training instantly and accurately.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Bar Speed & Power
-Average Velocity(m/s)
-Peak Velocity(m/s)
-Peak Power(watts)

Strength Development
-Estimated 1 Rep Max (1RM)
-Load-Velocity Profile

Movement Quality
-Range of Motion (ROM)
-Lift Depth
-Rep Consistency

Fatigue & Readiness
-Velocity Loss (%)
-Daily Readiness Monitoring
-Training Load Response

 Why It Matters
OVR Velocity turns strength training into a measurable system, where every rep provides feedback. Coaches can instantly see if an athlete is improving, fatigued, or ready to push heavier loads.
