Job Posting: Athletic Therapist / Strength & Conditioning Coach
Mind to Muscle is looking to add a high performance Athletic Therapist / Strength & Conditioning Coach to our team of Sports Medicine professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following credentials:
- Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology / Exercise Science
- Certified Athletic Therapists through CATA
- Strength & Conditioning Certification (e.g., NSCA) with >1 year experience
- Professional development qualifications (e.g., FMS, SFMA, NCCP, USAW, PICP)
- Team or individual athletic experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strength & Conditioning
- Intake evaluations of clients current physical abilities & introduction to M2M Philosophies
- Develop effective strength and conditioning for youth, ulysse nardin replica watches adult, teams, groups & athletes specific to their goals
- Collaborate with Sports Medicine team to address clients current injury status
- Develop interventions to minimize risk of future sport-related injuries
- Educate and coach clients regarding proper technique, recovery, nutrition and other aspects of athletic performance
- Strive to continually enhance knowledge & skills within the Strength & Conditioning field
Customer Service
- Foster a motivational atmosphere that pushes client to increase performance
- Provide regular progress updates for athlete/parent/coach
- Remain up-to-date on clients events/competitions and their results
- Follow up with clients
Daily Operations
- Maintain professional appearance of facility
- Accurate documentation of schedule
Community Engagement
- Attend and promote Mind to Muscle at local community events
- Interact with Clients / Groups through Mind to Muscle's social media initiatives
