Zach Skubnik, R. Kin, CSCS


Zach graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Prior to becoming a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he furthered his studies at Humber College where he obtained his post-graduate diploma in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management. Over the years, Zach has had the opportunity to work with many professional and semi-professional athletes. Offering a unique approach to training, Zach combines principles of strength and conditioning with therapeutic exercise to support his clients’ goals and needs. Zach’s athletic background is primarily in hockey where he played at the Junior level for multiple years, and in ball hockey where he represented Canada at the World Championships on two occasions, capturing two gold medals.
