Scott possesses a strong foundation built on a Masters in High-Performance Sport and over a decade of hands-on experience across academy, school, and professional football settings. He brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and on-field insight to developing high-level athletes.
As the former lead of the Physical Performance Department at the International Football Academy in Mexico City, he specializes in crafting data-driven programs anchored in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles. His programs are specifically designed to elevate athlete strength, speed, power, and resilience in alignment with sport demands.
His approach is holistic, evidence-based, and outcome-focused, prioritizing the effective translation of complex performance metrics into actionable training protocols. As a former NCAA and semi-professional goalkeeper, Scott leverages his personal background in elite soccer to bridge the gap between sport science and successful on-pitch application, ensuring athletes are robust and adaptable for the professional pathway.
