M2M Personal Performance - (Custom 1 on 1, & 2 on 1 Coaching)

The M2M Performance program is designed to provide individuals with world-class strength & conditioning programs in order to help them achieve their athletic goals, whether it's at an amateur, international or professional level.

Your M2M Performance program is designed to directly enhance your ability to perform at a higher level by applying the most up to date scientific research combined with time-proven methods in order to improve strength, power, speed, agility and muscular endurance as well as reduce injury risk, enabling you to reach new levels of performance.

  • 1 on 1 Personal Performance Coaching
    • $50 per session
    • 4 sessions = $175 ($43.75 ea.)
  • 2 on 1 Personal Performance Coaching
    • $40 per session each athlete
    • 4 sessions = $140 plus hst ($35 ea)
