College Development Program

The College Development Program mirrors what is typically found within a collegiate level weight room, with the goal of preparing high school athletes for what comes next in their athletic endeavours.

Mind to Muscle will introduce athletes to the nuances of the college weight room, including but not limited to:

  • specific exercise selections
  • program design
  • intensities
  • loading frequencies that will be encountered within a college weight room

Emphasis of the Program:

  • Will be a year-round approach to training
  • Will build off team training sessions that should be a priority of all teams looking to compete at a high level
  • Minimum requirements of a second lift within the week and a maximum of three training sessions a week

Who is the program for?

  • This program will specifically cater to serious athletes looking to compete at the highest level of competition
  • This is a program for “motivated athletes”
  • Coaches will consistently push athletes, not just from an intensity standpoint, but to ensure perfect execution of technique within all facets of strength and conditioning
  • Our coaches will ensure that the most basic techniques are done at the highest levels of technical awareness

BSC Sunday Soccer Sessions – weekly starting 2021 (preferred BSC pricing)

This program will include:

  • Introduction to a Dynamic Warm-Up
  • Introduction to Speed & Agility Training
  • Introduction to Power Training
  • Soccer language

Movement patterns introduction:

  • Bilateral/Unilateral Squats
  • Bilateral hinges/Unilateral hinges
  • Bodyweight upper body training: introduction to pressing and pulling exercise

After a 6-Week introduction, M2M will tailor training to the specific needs of the team, based on the developmental outlined above by the English Premier League.
