M2M At Home Custom Training Program
At Home Training Program:
- Players will receive 3 - 5 periodized workouts per week (based on package)
- Programs come with demonstrations and video messages
- Players can interact directly with an online Strength Coach
- Leader boards keep players motivated and engaged
- Mind to Muscle will track athlete's progress
- Programs are tailored for each athlete
