M2M At Home Custom Training Program

At Home Training Program:

  • Players will receive 3 - 5 periodized workouts per week (based on package)
  • Programs come with demonstrations and video messages
  • Players can interact directly with an online Strength Coach
  • Leader boards keep players motivated and engaged
  • Mind to Muscle will track athlete's progress
  • Programs are tailored for each athlete
