Virtual Athlete Training

Now available - Train AT HOME during the Covid-19 lock-down. Join our experienced strength and conditioning coaching staff in a AT HOME training program 5 times a week. Build your aerobic base, functional strength, balance, coordination, agility and speed. These fitness fundamentals will ultimately allow players to master sport specific skills with ease, while also helping them reduce injuries, improve performance, enhance confidence and overall enjoyment in all activity participation. These sessions will offer our athletes, regardless of sport, the opportunity to train at home during the lock down. This ZOOM program will utilize your own home equipment.
