By signing up for services at Mind to Muscle, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed or recorded (video/photo) for the purposes of advertising, marketing, and public display.
You grant Mind to Muscle a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, host, store, modify (for formatting), display, reproduce, and distribute your image or likeness as part of any content captured during sessions or events—across any media formats and channels now known or developed in the future.
