Whether you're preparing for sport, improving fitness, or pushing your personal performance, this program develops strength, power, speed, and overall athletic excellence.
This program provides custom training designed around your unique goals, sport demands, and current athletic ability. Every session focuses on building strength, speed, power, and agility so you can perform at your highest level.

High-Performance Coaching & Monitoring
Athletes receive expert instruction with a 4:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, ensuring close supervision and proper technique. Your coach manages cycle planning, intensity levels, and regular KPI testing to track and maximize your progress.

Nutrition, Hydration & Recovery Support
You receive ongoing nutritional and hydration guidance, injury assessment when needed, and full access to the Recovery Loft. This includes therapy guns, compression boots, lounge areas, bubble hockey, ping pong, and active recovery tools to help you train harder and recover smarter.

The flex pack provides the flexibility of booking whenever it fits the athletes schedule, and without the restriction of having to use the sessions within a set time period.
Monthly membership sessions must be used weekly and do not carry over.
Arrive at the gym and begin a coach-led warm-up alongside three other athletes, with exercises tailored to the lifts and movements planned for your session.
Move to your own rack or training station, where your coach provides your individualized workout for the day.
Follow your personalized program while your coach guides your technique, selects appropriate weights, and ensures safe, effective progression.
