M2M Youth

Our Youth training programs emphasize healthy development of athletic skills for athletes under the age of 16. These sessions are designed to improve overall athleticism using the most effective training based on current science.

The M2M YOUTH programs emphasize healthy, long-term athletic development based on the most up-to-date research on youth development.

The M2M U12 training are designed to help teach young athletes to develop the foundational skills such as foot speed, balance, coordination, strength and endurance. Once an athlete has developed the necessary foundational abilities, the M2MU16 training builds in more complex skills such as power, acceleration, speed, and anaerobic endurance.
