M2M's Youth Athletic Development training program is a great opportunity for young athletes to build a solid foundation of fitness and athleticism. The program is designed to help athletes improve their aerobic capacity, functional strength, balance, coordination, agility, and speed - all of which are fundamental to excelling in any sport.

By focusing on these fitness fundamentals, athletes will not only improve their overall physical fitness but also reduce their risk of injury, enhance their performance, build confidence, and enjoy their activity participation even more.

The program is tailored specifically to the needs of different age groups, ensuring that athletes receive training that is appropriate for their developmental stage. This age-specific approach will help athletes progress gradually, building on their skills and abilities over time.

Overall, the Youth Athletic Development training program offered by M2M is an excellent opportunity for young athletes to develop the foundational fitness and athleticism necessary to excel in their chosen sport, including U9 – U14 AAA/AA/A Hockey players.

  • 4:00 – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturday (times vary)
