LOCKDOWN UPDATE - MAR. 1, 2021

With Simcoe County moving to a GREY ZONE (lockdown) on Monday March 1st, Mind to Muscle will be going back to hosting live virtual training sessions. Our administration staff will be contacting anyone who was affected by this change with options regarding rebooking or reimbursement. Although this recent news is unfortunate, adversity is a part of life and sports, so let’s face this adversity head on and we will overcome it together!
