We have some thrilling news to share with you! Mind to Muscle is moving to a brand-new larger location at 351 KING ST., Units 5 & 6, Barrie, L4N 6B5.

It's just a 10-minute drive from our current location and the same distance off the 400, ensuring your commute remains convenient.

Why the Move?

Our new space will feature professional-grade astro turf, a longer track for speed work and conditioning, and showers.

Additionally, we'll be offering more programs and training options to accommodate our growing clientele and elevate your training experience.

This expansion strengthens our role as the Official Sport Science partner of the OHL Barrie Colts and the Simcoe County Rovers, allowing us to provide additional onsite services such as Sport Nutrition, Mental Performance, and advanced scientific testing.
