Director of Strength and Conditioning


Greg is a former professional hockey player, having spent time playing in North America and Europe and as well as playing junior hockey across Ontario. His impressive hockey career led him to a NCAA scholarship at Norwich University where he graduated with an Honours BSc. in Sports Medicine. He then went on to receive a Masters degree through the University of Guelph in the Human Health and Nutritional Sciences program, where his researched focused on sports nutrition and performance. He has recently completed a Diploma of Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee, and currently teaches nutrition at Georgian College in the Fitness and Health Promotion program.

Greg provides the perfect mix of education and experience to the Mind to Muscle team and has trained athletes from minor hockey right up to the NHL in his 5 years working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). As an athlete, Greg won a NCAA National Champion and received athletic All-American Honours. He not only provides training and programming excellence for all his athletes at M2M but he is also is the owner of Two Way Hockey School, providing over 8 years of on-ice skill development for his athletes. Greg has been an integral part of Mind to Muscles successful Summer Hockey Program training, education and motivating his clients of all ages and all levels.
