Golf Athlete Development

This Fall, Mind to Muscle together with the Terry O’Brien Golf Academy, will be running Youth Athlete Development sessions for GOLF. These sessions will focus on building the necessary athletic foundation for all sports. These sessions will offer athletes the opportunity to train in an age-specific program. The program will help build a physical foundation, including their aerobic base, functional strength, balance, coordination & agility. This program will run throughout the months of November to March on Saturdays at 12:30 pm. Space is limited for each session, so make sure to sign up to reserve your spot in our program.
